Request for Information
All player information
collected by the Regina Ringette Association will be
kept confidential and secure.
Player
information collected during Registration will be
used and distributed as follows:

Commissioners will
receive player first & last names, parent(s) name
and phone number for all players in their
Division.

Coaches will
receive player first & last names for all players
in their Division. They will also receive
parent(s) name and phone number for all players
drafted to their team.

Saskatchewan
Liquor & Gaming Authority will receive player first
& last names and birthdates for all players in
the U9 (Bunny) through 18+ (Open) Divisions.

Ringette
Association of Saskatchewan will receive player
first & last names, address, phone number, birth
date, health card number, e-mail address (of new
players) for all players registered with RRA.

Mailing labels
containing family name & address will be provided as
needed for RRA Board related business such as
Newsletter and survey distribution.
Any additional
party wanting access to player information will be
required to complete a Request for Information Form
for approval.
