Refund Policy
  • Any player who withdraws from Regina Ringette will be entitled to a refund of their registration fees determined by the following:

Prior to the Draft**

Full refund less a $25 Administration fee

The Draft – October 31

75% refund

November 1 – November 30

50% refund

December 1 – December 31

25% refund

After January 1

No refund

** Notice of withdrawal must also be given to the respective Commissioner prior to the draft to ensure that the player withdrawing is not included in the draft.

These dates indicate when the Request for Refund must be post-marked by.
Therefore, if a player quits playing in October, but doesn’t send her Request for Refund until November,
she will only be entitled to a 50% refund.
