2010-2013 Strategic Plan

The Regina Ringette Association spent time in the early part of the 2010-2011 season to develop and implement a strategic plan. This included creating a solid mission and vision statement which helped RRA to align the identified goals of
our board.

Vision

RRA will provide an environment which allows athletes of all ages to develop in a safe, fun, friendly and exciting manor.

Mission

Our mission is to grow the sport while providing opportunities for
athletes to improve their skills, sportsmanship and sense of fair play.

Strategic Goals (over 3 years)

1. Grow the sport 15%, resulting in more players in all age categories.
2. Develop a program to assist coaches with their duties.
3. Develop a program for player skills.
4. To increase registration costs by a maximum of 20% over the next three
years, thereby maintaining the relative affordability of the sport.
